Return & Replacement Policy
Customers are responsible for promptly inspecting all merchandise upon receipt to verify order accuracy, quantity, and condition. Any claims for incorrect items, shortages, defects, or other issues must be reported to TC Supplies Sales@TCSuppliesShop.com within fifteen (15) calendar days of receiving the merchandise.
If products are missing or approved for replacement, replacements will be shipped accordingly. If expedited delivery is required, the customer is responsible for the additional shipping costs. Shipping charges and taxes are non-refundable.
Returned items must be unused and uncontaminated. Used or contaminated bottles will not be accepted for return.
All returns require prior approval from TC Supplies. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Sample orders are final and are not eligible for return or refund.
